Great place to stay on last couple days in Spain. Comfortable room, large lobby and very helpful staff. We arrived via train and could not find hotel. We called and they sent someone to meet us and guide us through the narrow streets to hotel. We were able to leave bags on last day in locked room and desk staff arranged for a taxi upon departure. Lots of great wandering through Santa Cruz neighborhood - good food, great shopping and close to major Sevilla attractions. Even a rainy day in Sevilla was brightened by this hotel experience.

I loved it! No issues.

The staff were super friendly, and we loved the character of the hotel. Pro tip , the breakfast is simple but enough to start your day. The nearby restaurants are amazing!

The only downside was the lack of proper luggage storage in our room, made organizing our stuff a bit tricky at times.

The service we received at the front desk was exceptional. Very helpful and patient staff. I was surprised to receive such good concierge service from a budget oriented hotel. Excellent location.

Shower was very small and noise level from street was high. Request room that does not face the street.
